ABOUT reiki

Reiki is an ancient form of energy healing that has been around for thousands of years. It is a non-invasive energetic practice, working to release and balance the flow of energy in the body. The vibration is light and love.

 

How it works

It’s a very simple and powerful practice. The session lasts for an hour, usually 30-40 minutes of reiki and then a consult. The session may be in person or by distance, the client lies down fully clothed and the practitioner will ease them into a relaxed and safe space and acts as a channel to work with the clients energy to release and harmonise.
