HI, i’m shelley
I am a qualified Counsellor and Master Reiki Practitioner based in Elsternwick. I am intuitive and have a down to earth approach with a deep empathy and care for people.
I moved from a career in professional dancing to the corporate world, and in the last 7 years I have transitioned into a career as a counsellor and energy practitioner. I have worked in not-for-profit organisations as a counsellor specialising in supporting clients transitioning from one life path to another, grief, loss and trauma counselling, and developing and facilitating group therapy.
My move into reiki began when my father was diagnosed with a terminal illness. As part of my own self care, I enrolled to learn and experience reiki. Reconnecting with my intuition and tuning into my inner compass, energy work and counselling became part of my vocation.
Learning from two master practitioners and moving into teaching Reiki students the light and love of reiki, my passion for supporting people in their path for self healing and growth brings fulfilment and purpose. Thats why I’m so passionate in supporting others through their passage from disconnection, vulnerability to empowerment and the sense of freedom we feel when we are truly aligned to ourselves.
