I use an integrative and personalised approach to meet the unique needs of my clients, because no two people are alike. Grounded in Person Centred, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and if you are up for it the fusion of mindfulness, and reiki for a holistic experience. Working collaboratively with my clients to connect with their emotional needs, foster self -acceptance, discover unconscious patterning and developing new strategies for personal growth and transformation.
